KDC Expresses Gratitude to Germany, Reaffirms Commitment to Peaceful National Vision

Patriotic Kurds
The Government and People of Germany,

The Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation extends its proud greetings and deep appreciation to the unified national stance of Kurds in the diaspora who gathered in the city of Bonn, Germany, standing with one voice beneath the Kurdistan flag in solidarity with their sisters and brothers in Western Kurdistan (Northern Syria).

This mass rally, held under the slogan “One, one, one – the Kurdish people are one,” once again delivered a powerful message of national unity from the Kurdish people of all four parts of Kurdistan and across the world to the international community.

At the same time, the Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation expresses its sincere thanks and gratitude to the Federal Government of Germany, the authorities of the state, the police of the city of Bonn, and the friendly people of Germany for facilitating the success of this peaceful civic activity. We also extend our apologies to the residents of Bonn for any congestion or traffic disruptions caused by this large public gathering, and we thank them for their patience and understanding, which helped ensure that the voice of our people’s injustice reached decision-making centers.

Within this context, the Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation reiterates its commitment to the national vision and guidance of President Barzani in continuing civil struggle and sustained support for Western Kurdistan, particularly within European and international decision-making circles. As President Barzani has emphasized, artificial borders and political differences cannot weaken the historical and national bonds of the Kurds, because we are one nation and share a common future.

We reaffirm our adherence to President Barzani’s message of peace, which stresses that demonstrations must always be conducted in a civilized manner and in accordance with the laws of the countries in which we live. The Kurdish people’s struggle is against oppressive regimes, not against other nations. Therefore, we reject any form of hatred or hostility toward other peoples. The message of the Kurdistani movement will always remain one of humanity, coexistence, and peace for the entire world.

Glory to the Kurdish people and to the guardians of the Kurdistan’s flag.
