To the Kurdistan Diaspora Abroad
To the Proud People of Kurdistan
To the International Community and Global Organizations
Early this morning, March 24, 2026, in a cowardly and hostile act, the headquarters of the 7th Infantry Division (Sector 1) and a force from the 5th Infantry Division of the Kurdistan Forces in the Soran region were targeted by six Iranian ballistic missiles. This treacherous attack, which defies all human values, has resulted in the martyrdom of six heroic Peshmerga and the wounding of 30 others.
We, the Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation, condemn and denounce this terrorist assault in the strongest possible terms.
As the Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation, we declare that we will not remain silent in the face of these continuous injustices and aggressions against our land and our people.
To this end, our Confederation abroad will take every necessary measure to bring the voice of our people’s grievances to the world’s decision-making centers, in order to prevent such violations.
At the same time, we are preparing to employ various methods and means to exert significant and effective pressure on the international community, the United Nations, and influential nations.
We urge them to fulfill their moral and legal obligations to protect the Kurdistan Region’s entity and its sovereignty, and to immediately put an end to these hostile attacks.
The international community must understand that the Kurdistan Region is a factor for stability in the region, and it should no longer pay the price for the conflicts and assaults of neighboring countries.
The will of our people and the strength of the Peshmerga forces are far greater than these plots, and the reign of tyranny is always short-lived.
In conclusion, we extend our deepest condolences to the families and proud relatives of our martyrs, and we pray to the Almighty for the speedy recovery of our 30 wounded Peshmerga.
Long live the Kurds… Long live Kurdistan.
