The Kurdistani Diaspora Federation – Netherlands held a meeting with a group of Kurdish students and youth residing in the country to encourage their participation in Kurdish national events and activities.
On Sunday, the Kurdistani Diaspora Federation – Netherlands hosted a gathering in Rotterdam with Kurdish students and youth.
The meeting focused on important youth-related issues, the role of young people in society, and the Federation’s upcoming plans and activities.
The meeting began with a minute of silence to honor the pure souls of the martyrs from all four parts of Kurdistan.
Following this, Rehan Saeed, Head of the Kurdistani Diaspora Federation – Netherlands, delivered a presentation on the Federation, its goals, and its ongoing work.
She outlined the organization’s plans and programs through December of this year, emphasizing the continuity of its activities.
In another segment of the meeting, Gohdar Botani, Deputy Head of the Federation, discussed the Federation’s congress, its roles, duties, activities, and organisational methods.
He highlighted the importance of youth participation, stressing that the Federation consistently supports young people and strives to create more opportunities for their involvement and advancement.
Subsequently, Salar Haji, the Federation’s Activities Manager, presented several plans and ideas for next year’s programs and activities.
During this session, discussions were held on how to foster greater and more active youth participation in future initiatives.
The participating students and youth then shared their observations, opinions, suggestions, and questions, engaging in a direct and open dialogue with the Federation’s officials.
This meeting is part of the Federation’s broader efforts to bring Kurdish youth closer together, listen to their voices and suggestions, and expand their involvement in social, cultural, and national activities.
