Congratulatory Message from the Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation on the Unification of the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces

To the striving Kurdistanis in the diaspora,
To the heroic Peshmerga,
To the proud families of the martyrs,

The Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation, on behalf of all Kurdistanis in the diaspora across the globe, extends its heartfelt congratulations to the entire people of Kurdistan and the heroic Peshmerga on this momentous and historic day. Today is glorified by the unification of the Peshmerga forces and the foundation of a modern, national army.

This strategic and national achievement is the direct result of the profound vision, sheer determination, and steadfast leadership of His Excellency President Masoud Barzani. He has always regarded the unification of the Peshmerga as the absolute guarantee for the survival and protection of our national entity.

In this regard, we highly commend the will and tireless efforts of His Excellency Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region; His Excellency Masrour Barzani, Prime Minister; His Excellency Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister; and the Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs. Through their utmost sense of responsibility, they successfully guided this vital process to reach this historic milestone.

For Kurdistanis in the diaspora, this unification is a source of immense pride. It will significantly strengthen the diplomatic and international standing of Kurdistan. As always, we will remain a powerful voice and staunch supporter of this national army within global arenas.
