The Kurdistan Diaspora Federation – Netherlands Participates in Dutch Fashion Week

The Kurdistan Diaspora Federation is proud to participate in Dutch Fashion Week.

Under the supervision of Ms. Rayhan Saeed, head of the Kurdistan Diaspora Federation, the federation will participate in Dutch Fashion Week in the city of Utrecht through the organisation Stichting Rihanna.

The event will take place from 21 to 24 October 2026, providing an opportunity to showcase Kurdish culture and heritage and strengthen the presence of Kurds at cultural and artistic events across Europe.

As part of this participation, traditional Kurdish clothing and the beauty of Kurdish culture will be presented, allowing Dutch society to discover first-hand the richness and distinctive characteristics of Kurdish cultural heritage.

The Kurdistan Diaspora Federation emphasises that the participation of Kurdish organisations in European events plays an important role in strengthening relations between Kurds and Dutch society, promoting cultural exchange, and building bridges of understanding between peoples.

The Kurdistan Diaspora Federation – Netherlands will continue its efforts to promote Kurdish identity and heritage and strengthen Kurdish participation in Europe’s cultural and social life.
