The Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation – Netherlands organized a summer picnic for Kurds from all four parts of Kurdistan residing in the country.
On June 21, 2026, the Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation – Netherlands held the “Kurdistan Diaspora Summer Picnic” at the Kralingse Bos in Rotterdam. A large number of Kurds and friends of the Kurdish people gathered to participate in the event, enjoying a day filled with joy, unity, and community networking.
This event marked the first official activity of the Confederation’s new leadership following their internal conference. Through this initiative, the leadership demonstrated its commitment and readiness to serve the Kurdish community in the Netherlands.
Throughout the day, participants enjoyed traditional Kurdish cuisine, music, games, and the opportunity to reconnect and strengthen social ties.
