Today, Monday, August 3, 2026, the Federation of the Kurdistan Diaspora – Netherlands and Koma 1 Welat held a special memorial ceremony in the city of Eindhoven, the Netherlands, to honor the memory of the Yazidi Kurdish victims of the Sinjar genocide. As part of the event, a moving theatrical performance portrayed the tragedy and suffering endured by the Yazidi people following ISIS’s attack on Sinjar on August 3, 2014.
