Within the framework of cultural activities in the Netherlands, the Koma 1 Welat Troupe, serving as a representative of Kurdish art and folklore, participated in the Taste of Arabia Festival in the city of Amsterdam.
This participation aimed to further introduce the national heritage and showcase the cultural richness of Kurdistan at international gatherings.
Amid an atmosphere full of human and cultural interaction, the Koma 1 Welat Troupe, which is affiliated with the Federation in the Netherlands, made a remarkable appearance at the festival.
By presenting various artistic tableaux and folkloric performances, the troupe succeeded in captivating the audience and portraying a beautiful image of Kurdish culture to all those in attendance.
The festival witnessed a significant presence from several countries, including Egypt, Algeria, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, Morocco, Palestine, Jordan, and Tunisia.
Amidst this diverse gathering, the Federation in the Netherlands represented Kurdistan through the Koma 1 Welat Troupe.
Through their vibrant live performances, they successfully conveyed the diversity and authenticity of Kurdistani heritage to the festival’s audience.
