His Excellency President Masoud Barzani, the National Leader and Symbol of the Resilience of the People of Kurdistan,
His Excellency Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region,
His Excellency Masrour Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region,
His Excellency Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region,
The heroic and invincible Peshmerga of Kurdistan,
The proud families of the martyrs, and the striving people of Kurdistan:
With immense joy, on behalf of myself and the entire Kurdistani diaspora, I extend my warmest congratulations to Your Excellencies and to all the people of Kurdistan. We celebrate this great historic milestone achieved today—the unification of the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces, which brings an end to long years of division.

We all bear witness that this momentous day, and the realization of this ultimate goal, is the direct result of Your Excellency’s profound vision and tireless efforts. It is the fruit of the solid foundation you have laid over the years to nationalize the Peshmerga forces and enact radical reform within Kurdistan’s military institutions.
On this historic day, we congratulate all the commanders and heroic Peshmerga of Kurdistan. The Peshmerga represent a living history filled with epics, selflessness, and ultimate sacrifice. Therefore, they are entirely deserving of being unified under a single national umbrella today.
We in the diaspora look upon this historic unification with the utmost respect and pride. This monumental step will significantly strengthen Kurdistan’s diplomatic and international standing. The Kurdistani diaspora will, as always, remain a steadfast supporter and a bold voice for this national achievement. Our ultimate goal—inspired directly by the vision of President Barzani—is the absolute unity and solidarity of all Kurdistanis.
Peace be upon the pure souls of the martyrs of Kurdistan’s liberation path, who sacrificed their lives so that today we may reap the rewards of unity and solidarity.
