Qahraman Osman Presents Barzani Headquarters’ Projects to Serve the Kurdish Diaspora in Russia
Qahraman Osman, Head of the Office of Shifa Barzani (the General Supervisor of the Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation), accompanied by Mame Mamoyi, President of the Shingal Federation, and Dr. Haval Mahdi Nizarki, Head of the Kurdish Students Network in Russia, held two separate meetings with Kurdish students and representatives of the Rojava Kurdish community.
During these meetings held in Russia, discussions focused on the agenda and activities of the Diaspora Office at the Barzani Headquarters and the Kurdistani Diaspora Confederation.
The main focus of the dialogue centered on how to better serve the Kurdish diaspora and place greater emphasis on the Kurdish language, identity, and culture. This is considered a vital part of the Confederation’s working strategy to unite Kurdish capabilities and talents abroad.
The attendees, comprising students and members of the Kurdish diaspora, expressed their happiness and warmly welcomed these initiatives.
They emphasized the importance of the Confederation’s ongoing efforts and pledged to be an active component, fully supporting and participating in national projects and activities aimed at strengthening the Kurdish presence in Russia.
Such meetings are part of the continuous efforts by the Barzani Headquarters and the Office of Shifa Barzani to build a strong bridge of communication between the homeland and the Kurdistani diaspora worldwide.
The objective of these gatherings and activities is to internally organize diaspora Kurds, safeguard their national culture against external challenges, and simultaneously provide support for students and the Kurdistani diaspora in their host countries.
