This success has transcended local boundaries; his strong personal ties with the NATO Secretary General and the Dutch Minister of Defence have opened significant doors for building a strategic lobby for the Kurdish cause.
Currently, his primary objective is to reach the Dutch Parliament to better serve his nation.
Rebin Marf, an active member of the VVD party in the Netherlands, has earned the trust of voters for three consecutive terms over the past nine years, serving as a member of the Arnhem Municipal Council.
Following years of service and active participation in election processes, he was appointed as the head of his party’s list in the most recent elections, securing a high number of votes, which led to his appointment as the group leader within the municipal council.

During the ceremony, Shakhawan Dukani praised Rebin as an exemplary and successful young man, pledging the organisation’s full support.
In return, Rebin expressed his gratitude, describing the Kurdistan Diaspora Confederation and the Chapik organisation as vital centers that carry out unique activities in the Netherlands.
He expressed his hope that dozens more Kurdish youth would follow suit and enter the political arena to become a powerful lobby for their homeland and Kurdistan.
